I'm making a flash game using CS6, and installed the NG Flash Preloader, and the .fla says in the instructions: "Copy the movie clip on the first frame of this .FLA, then paste it into the first frame of your .FLA", i don't understand.

I'm new to flash games and i idk ActionScript, i know 2 languages: C and BASIC.

So pls, help, learn me pls.
