I don't think there is anyway to find a free copy of flash CS6 since, adobe doesn't support flash anymore (they should go fuck themselves) I'm sure there is other ways to make flash games, with some research. I heard you can use adobe animate to still make flash, but this was 2 years ago, so it might have changed. Maybe try looking for other options. As for your DLL file I can't provide an explanation as to that. :(
